At this level the artisan requires basic principles, knowledge and practice of safety procedures on annual metal arc welding, gas welding, welding of cast iron and non-ferrous metals, MIG welding, TIG welding, resistance welding, hard facing, tools, equipment, machines and materials in welding and fabrication works, in order to perform to the desired standards in welding works and minimize n production costs.
